The Parkside
The Parkside constructed to serve as the original home of the Titusville YMCA, the building operated in that role until the organization relocated in June 2014 to a new facility on West Walnut Street. In the summer of 2020, the property was purchased by Nathaniel Licht to prevent demolition and preserve the historic structure. Today, the building functions as a multi-use destination in downtown Titusville, Pennsylvania, offering dining, event space, historical interpretation, and immersive experiences, while continuing to serve the community in a new capacity
Today, The Parkside provides a catering service, a public restaurant, private event and gathering spaces, guided history tours, and hosted public and private paranormal investigations and events .
Through a partnership between the owner of The Parkside and Kindred Spirits Paranormal Team (KSPT), Paranormal Nights at The Parkside was created, providing guests with an after-hours paranormal investigation experience.
The building is home to the offices of the Titusville Historical Society and the Titusville Council of the Arts, further reinforcing The Parkside’s role as a center for preservation, creativity, and community engagement. Revived with purpose, The Parkside stands as a living landmark—where history, culture, and curiosity continue to coexist.
